Using DXDIAG to obtain troubleshooting information about your system.
If we are providing you with remote support we may ask you to save your DXDIAG information to a text file so that we can use it to help you troubleshoot your Jedi Knight/Mysteries of the Sith issue.
The instructions are as follows.
STEP 1 - Go to your Windows Start Menu, then type DXDIAG and hit enter.
FIGURE 1 - The main page of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. Click "Save All Information...".
FIGURE 2 - The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will ask you where to save DxDiag.txt, a text file which contains all of the information from the Diagnostic Tool. Pick a save location and click Save.
